10 Venture Leaders Mobile 2022 will represent Swiss innovation at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona

Ten Venture Leaders Mobile 2022 will advance their global growth at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The connectivity startups will attend the MWC in February 2022 and set up their booths at the 4YFN startup conference: The week-long roadshow aims to introduce Switzerland’s most innovative mobile startups to international investors and telecom industry leaders. Venture Leaders Mobile is organized by Venturelab and supported by Huawei, Swisscom, and VISCHER.

An expert jury that includes professional investors and mobile technology experts reviewed 90 applications to choose the 10 Venture Leaders Mobile 2022: The startups provide innovative solutions that advance areas such as digital health, infrastructure, chip cooling, security, and analytics. “This is the fourth Venture Leaders Mobile roadshow, and we continue to be amazed by the excellent quality of startups and their world-class technologies. These 10 new members of the National Startup Team showcase once again Switzerland’s innovative power in Barcelona: all of them with unique technologies and many of them already with a global business footprint,” said Jordi Montserrat, managing partner at Venturelab.

At the end of February 2022, the Venture Leaders Mobile will attend the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, the world’s largest and most important event for the mobile industry. The 10 startups will each get a booth at the 4YFN startup conference in the heart of the MWC. Visiting the main fair and meetings with investors, industry leaders, and potential clients in exclusive networking and pitch events will help the startups accelerate their growth.

The third Venturelab Trophy—a sailing match race connecting startups and investors in a unique setting at the Royal Nautico Club of Barcelona, thanks to the support of the program partner VISCHER—will kick off the roadshow. 

Venturelab has been organizing international roadshows for the Swiss National Startup Teams for 17 years. The ambitious entrepreneurs and their promising startups are introduced to high-class investors and potential customers in leading technology hubs such as Silicon Valley, Boston, New York, London, Munich, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Barcelona. In 2022, the Venture Leaders Mobile program will be held for the fourth consecutive year. “As part of the Venture Leaders, we got international exposure and the opportunity to meet potential partners, investors, and—most importantly—new customers,” said Venture Leader alumnus and Perovskia Solar CEO Anand Verma.
