Properti secures CHF 1.85M in Series A Round to strengthen Swiss market position

Zurich-based proptech startup Properti has raised CHF 1.85 million in a Series A funding round from both existing and new investors. The company plans to use the capital to expand its presence in Switzerland and further develop its innovative real estate transaction platform.

Founded in 2019, properti simplifies real estate transactions with its end-to-end platform covering property purchase, management, and sale. The startup combines real estate expertise with digital tools, marketing, its academy, and streamlined processes.

The Proptech startup—that participated in Venture Leaders Fintech and was ranked among the TOP 100 Swiss Startups in 2023—has raised 1.85 million Swiss francs in Series A funding to expand its platform and strengthen its position as a leading real estate tech player in Switzerland. CFO Evi Lehmann-Prieler highlighted the company’s resilience in a challenging market, positioning it for continued growth.

With over 8,500 transactions processed, properti leverages digitalization and AI to improve efficiency, meet customer demands, and address sustainability challenges.
