Venture Leader Felix Adamczyk's IoT Startup qiio About Cyber Threats And MWC Barcelona 2020

17.12.2019 16:02 Guillaume Tinsel

qiio provides a secure, completely modular and comprehensive infrastructure for Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) implementations. The core product is an end-to-end solution covering hardware, software, service as well as operation. They will present it at the MWC Barcelona next February. We asked CEO Felix Adamczyk to give us his vision of the actual Mobile industry.

How is qiio changing the Mobile industry?
With more and more devices being connected, security has become the top concern for many executives when looking at IoT applications. Azure Sphere is the answer. With Azure Sphere, Microsoft provides bullet-proof hardware-level security. It protects IoT edge devices from cyber threats. Cellular capability is crucial for IoT implementations as it is reliable and needs no additional infrastructure.
qiio’s q200 is the only product today which combines cellular capability with Microsoft’s Azure Sphere, providing a single solution for your global business.
As your trusted partner, we take the complexity out of IoT and securely connect your devices to the cloud, and customize our edge-to-cloud-solution according to your individual requirements within 4-8 weeks.

How important is it to be in Barcelona at the MWC?
Mobile World Congress is the largest mobile event in the world. The latest innovations and leading-edge technology will be showcased in Barcelona. Demonstrating our IoT solution in MWC will show how advanced our technology is and gain incredible publicity.

What do you hope to achieve from the Venture Leaders Mobile 2020 roadshow?
By participating in the roadshow, we would like to know at least 10 potential customers. We would also like to know more potential suppliers. Venture Leaders program provides publicity and credibility. We would like to have nice press releases or articles to promote qiio's solution and also brand awareness.
