iniVation's bio-inspired intelligent technology offers unprecedented advantages over conventional machine vision systems: ultra-low response latency, low data rates, high dynamic range and ultra-low power consumption. iniVation has recently won a prestigious Best of Innovation award from the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 in the category ‘Embedded Vision’. They plan to present their technology at the MWC Barcelona next February 2020 with the Venture Leaders Mobile Team. We interviewed CEO Kynan Eng about the impact of his technology on the mobile industry.
How is iniVation changing the Mobile industry?
iniVation is revolutionizing mobile vision processing. By improving both the speed and efficiency of mobile camera sensing and processing, our technology can improve both the speed and quality of images and also enable interactive mobile/AR/VR applications that were not feasible before.
How important is it to be in Barcelona at the MWC?
As the world's biggest mobile technology trade show, MWC in Barcelona is the place for us to be to meet with new and existing customers and ecosystem partners. And Barcelona is not a bad place to visit in any case!
What do you hope to achieve from the Venture Leaders Mobile 2020 roadshow?
We're looking forward to making deals with customers and partners, to get our technology out into real mobile and IoT applications.
